Substitutes Needed

Principal Minh outside Alderwood — Our administrators work collaboratively to listen broadly, build relationships, provide support and leadership to deliver outstanding education across our district.

Paraeducator with student — Serve our district in impactful ways working with students or providing districtwide support in a variety of positions.

Employee��resource groups connect employees socially and professionally based on shared��identities.��These voluntary, employee-led��groups foster community��connections��within��district.��ERGs in ¥��Public Schools serve to improve��work relationships and conditions through��advocacy, support, and professional development in alignment with The ¥��Promise.��

Outcomes associated with employee resource groups include:��

Increased feeling of belonging among staff.��
Strengthened support systems for emotional, cultural, and leadership needs.��
Advocacy and mentorship for scholars with similar identities.��
